Dr Dan Mathews and the maths of deformation.

Dan has been into maths since he was very young. At school he found he enjoyed maths, and represented Australia at the International Maths Olympiad. He’s not only been able to do maths all over the world, he’s also worked in IT and as a lawyer and a writer. Nowadays he teaches mathematics and does mathematical research. Most of his mathematical research has been in the broad field of geometry and topology.

Join us to hear about Dan’s journey to being an emerging leader in the field of Mathematics.
