Dr Tayyaba Zafar

Dr Tayyaba Zafar is an astrophysicist, astronomer and lecturer at Australian Astronomical Optics at Macquarie University.

Tayyaba studies dust, gas, and metals between stars of distant galaxies. As well as collaborating with the astronomical community worldwide, to defining the exciting the science for to develop instruments on future telescopes around the world.

Tayyaba has worked with the European Southern Observatory in Germany supported the world’s biggest telescope in Chile, called the Very Large Telescopes.
