Renewable Energy is a STEM education program designed to engage students in learning about energy and sustainability. It uses the theme of renewable energy to harness students’ interest in and concern about climate change and rising energy costs.

Sustainable Housing is a STEM education program is designed to engage students in learning about heat transfers by convection, conduction and radiation and the thermal properties of matter. It uses the context of designing a low energy home to explore these concepts.

The Sensing Sound STEM education program uses the theme of health and the human body show students that STEM is relevant to their lives. It focuses on sound energy and its transfer.The inquiry-based and hands-on learning program engages and challenges both students and teachers, making STEM fun to learn and easier to teach.

Depth studies are designed to provide opportunities for students to:

The Car Safety Module uses an inquiry based approach to introduce students to the science of car safety and aims to give then the skills and information required to help them make informed choices as new drivers and how they can contribute to road safety.

The Earth, Moon and Sun STEM Education program provides hands-on and enquiry based learning activities to help students understand the day-night cycle, seasons and the phases of the moon.

Climate Change and Oceans is a STEM education program that uses the context of sea level changes and ocean acidification to investigate the physical and chemical  properties of ice and water and carbon dioxide chemistry, showing students that STEM is relevant to their lives.

Water in the 21st Century is a STEM education program designed to engage students in learning about the Earth’s water resources and sustainable use of water.  The inquiry-based and hands-on learning program engages and challenges both students and teachers.
